Genre: one man blackened metal/blackened doom from France
Equal parts biting and resplendent, this one man project from Julien Louvet, also of Yrsel and the man behind 213 records, is sure to impress.
My favorite of the two tracks off the 7" is Celebration. The song starts out with a venomous riffs and razor sharp scathing vocals which effortlessly flows into an interlude, complete with cello, accoustic guitars and spoken female vocals, eventually yielding it's way to a tsunami wall of sound and vocals. The interlude is pulled off perfectly without a hint of the cheese factor.
Track 1 is certainly nothing to be missed as well, Ill leave this one for you to listen to.
The vinyl is released through noxious noize records (links below) in 500 hand numbered colored copies. The first 100 are mailorder only and are either white or black and white they come with a limited patch and a button. The other 400 are laid on orange vinyl and come with a button. All copies of both variations are seated in glossy thick sleeves with heavy duty plastic outer sleeves. Snatch yours up today.
